Conrail conveyor train circa 198776 viewsThis train was an experimental rig that ran from the big quarry at Texas, Maryland on the Northern Central branch to an unknown location. I used to see it pass my office in Cross Keys every day in 1987-88. I believe it was carrying material to I-95 tunnel project at Fort McHenry, but I never got there to see. I'd welcome any feedback.
